The ViSalus Shake mix contains 30% of your daily intake of 24 essential vitamins and minerals…(Chromium is one of those so if you add Vi-Trim you’re getting 197% of it.) It also contains 12 grams of protein which is pretty good.
Only 90 Calories is great along with 1 gram of fat, less than 1 gram of sugar per serving, and only 7 grams of carbs pers serving, Vi-Shape does a good job with keeping the bad stuff out.
We weren’t happy with how high on the ingredient list the ‘artificial flavorings’ bit appears and we were a bit concerned with the allergen warning. Most are soy, milk and eggs, while ViSalus includes shellfish, wheat, fish oil, tree nuts, and peanuts on the list.
